Who We’re Looking For

The Operations Analyst I is an entry-level technical role, responsible for delivering solutions to complex issues. As a foundational member of the support team, you will tackle customer inquiries, application issues, and technical problems that require research and analysis. This is a great opportunity for individuals starting their careers in tech operations and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical support by diagnosing problems and identifying effective solutions.
  • Adhere to SLA standards by following up, escalating, and resolving support tickets within set timelines.
  • Analyze support metrics to identify patterns and root causes of performance issues or achievements.
  • Participate in ticket reviews to ensure accurate resolutions are delivered.
  • Prepare regular reports detailing tasks and outcomes as required by management.
  • Document new solutions and develop support scripts ready for production use.
  • Continuously monitor production systems for health checks, resource use, transfer rates, logs, and database activity.
  • Monitor application performance including file processing, data load, task scheduling, reports, dashboards, and logs.
  • Use alarm and monitoring tools to interpret issues, resolve or escalate based on severity.
  • Contribute to technical solution development for new business initiatives.
  • May assist with provisioning tasks as needed.

Education, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunication, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in application support, tech customer service, problem management, relational databases, programming, or software development.
  • Preferred certifications: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Oracle Certified Associate (OCA), Microsoft SQL Server Certification.
  • Previous experience in telecom operations is a plus.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be open to working in 24/7 rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong communication skills for effectively updating teams and management.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Exceptional analytical, multitasking, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and familiar with system testing and support techniques.
