Cornerstone OnDemand is hiring passionate, full-time Associate Software Engineers to be part of a skilled and agile development team focused on delivering cutting-edge e-learning solutions worldwide. This role involves developing secure, scalable, and high-performing applications using a wide range of technologies such as .NET, ReactJS, Kafka, SQL, Angular, and more. We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are excited about creating top-quality software in a collaborative and agile setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of core product features within our enterprise SaaS platform.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code for new and existing applications.
- Partner with QA engineers to ensure high-quality releases through robust testing processes.
- Design with performance and long-term architecture in mind.
- Enhance customer experience by minimizing defects and improving product reliability.
- Support and guide the team by sharing technical expertise where needed.
- Work closely within cross-functional teams to improve system performance and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with teams such as Cloud Operations, Support, and QA to deliver a seamless product experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in enterprise software development.
- Strong knowledge of ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and .NET Core.
- Proficient in front-end frameworks like ReactJS, AngularJS, jQuery, and JavaScript.
- Solid experience with MS SQL Server (2017 or later); exposure to NoSQL technologies like MongoDB or Cassandra is a plus.
- Familiarity with event streaming tools such as Kafka.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and object-oriented design skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agile environment with frequent deliverables.
- Commitment to unit and automated testing best practices.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
