Role Summary:
As a Support Engineer I at Blue Yonder, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support for our supply chain solutions. This role involves working closely with product experts and development teams to resolve customer issues, deliver timely fixes, and enhance product reliability. You will be expected to complete product training, contribute to internal knowledge bases, and work under SLA-based timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of the implemented products and solutions.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with internal product experts to resolve customer challenges.
- Coordinate with the product development team to test and verify code fixes before deployment.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues as per SLA based on case severity.
- Complete all required product certification courses within the assigned timeframe.
- Document technical learnings and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing platforms.
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical issues early in the support cycle.
