Role: Java Developer (Full-Time)
Location: Pan India
Experience Required: 0–2 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications.
- Work closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams to gather and implement requirements.
- Follow industry coding standards to write clean and maintainable code.
- Take part in code reviews, design meetings, and team knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Identify bugs, troubleshoot issues, and improve application performance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks relevant to the Java ecosystem.
Eligibility Criteria & Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent discipline.
- Good understanding of Core Java, OOP concepts, and data structures.
- Basic knowledge of JDBC, Servlets, and JSP.
- Familiarity with frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, or Hibernate is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, etc.).
- Basic web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are a plus.
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Internship, academic project, or certification in Java or related tech stack.
- Exposure to Git or other version control systems.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies or SCRUM practices.
