About the Role:
NIQ is looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Analyst to join its HR team. This role primarily focuses on analyzing recruitment data, supporting hiring teams with insights, and helping to enhance the overall recruitment process using data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and evaluate data from applicant tracking systems (ATS) to provide insights on key hiring metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
  • Dashboard Development: Design and maintain recruitment dashboards that track performance and hiring trends.
  • Trend Forecasting: Monitor talent acquisition patterns and forecast future hiring needs to support strategic planning.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with recruitment and HR teams to enable data-backed hiring decisions.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to employment regulations and industry best practices in talent acquisition.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and experience working with ATS or HRIS tools.
  • Experience: Previous exposure to recruitment analytics or HR functions is a plus, though not mandatory.
