About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Analyst at NIQ, you’ll be responsible for analyzing recruitment data, generating performance reports, and supporting the recruitment process through data-driven insights. This role plays a vital part in enhancing hiring strategies and ensuring recruitment efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather and analyze data from Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other tools to evaluate recruitment KPIs like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
  • Dashboard Management: Design and maintain dashboards to monitor recruitment performance and track trends.
  • Trend Identification: Forecast hiring trends and suggest improvements in talent acquisition strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with HR and recruitment teams to promote data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment practices align with legal standards and HR best practices.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and experience using ATS/HRIS tools. Strong analytical and reporting skills are essential.
  • Experience: Previous experience in HR or recruitment analytics is a plus but not mandatory.
