Role: Data Associate
Education: B.E/B.Tech, M.E/M.Tech, B.Com/M.Com, BBA/MBA
Experience: 1–3 Years

Core Skills & Competencies:
- Sound knowledge of financial fundamentals and the structure of financial statements
- Understanding of capital market basics
- Strong attention to detail and well-developed organizational skills
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate to advanced proficiency)
- Clear and effective communication in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Preferred Knowledge & Skills:
- Foundational experience in credit analysis with a keen eye for accuracy
- Familiarity with data interpretation and workflow from input to output
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in fields such as Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience in credit analysis, financial data review, or core finance/accounting functions
Responsibilities Include:
- Analyze data to support credit ratings, research projects, and analyst communications
- Apply Moody’s standards to generate insights such as adjusted metrics, ratios, and visual reports
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and preparation for analytical use
- Examine financial statements and regulatory filings for key performance data
- Collaborate with analysts and accounting teams to interpret financial concepts and data usage
- Assist in creating materials for credit opinions, portfolio evaluations, and client presentations
- Contribute to process improvements and team initiatives proactively
- Provide guidance and resolve queries for less-experienced colleagues as needed
