Job Title: Java Developer
Location: Pan India
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 0–2 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Java applications emphasizing scalability and performance.
  • Collaborate with senior developers, QA teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Produce clean, efficient, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.
  • Participate actively in design discussions, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Identify and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Continuously enhance skills by adopting new tools, frameworks, and technologies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Strong foundation in Core Java, object-oriented programming, and data structures.
  • Basic familiarity with JDBC, Servlets, and JSP.
  • Knowledge of Spring Framework, Spring Boot, or Hibernate is a plus.
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
  • Basic understanding of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Excellent logical reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn, collaborate, and grow in a dynamic professional environment.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

  • Internship experience, certifications, or academic projects related to Java or Spring Framework.
  • Experience with version control tools such as Git.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
