About Wipro Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP)
The Wipro WILP is a learning-integrated employment program designed for BCA and B.Sc graduates. Selected candidates will work as Graduate Trainees at Wipro while simultaneously pursuing an M.Tech degree from a reputed Indian university. The higher education is sponsored by Wipro, enabling candidates to gain both industry experience and academic advancement.

Academic Requirements
- 10th Standard: Pass
- 12th Standard: Pass
- Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA (as per university guidelines)
Year of Passing
- 2024 & 2025 graduates only
Qualification – Eligible Degrees & Streams
Candidates must have completed one of the following:
- Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in any of these streams:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Mathematics
- Statistics
- Electronics
- Physics
Other Important Criteria
Wipro Careers
- Open school or distance education is allowed only for 10th and 12th.
- One backlog is allowed at the time of the online assessment; it must be cleared along with the 6th semester.
- Core Mathematics must have been studied during graduation.
- Business Mathematics or Applied Mathematics will not be considered.
- A maximum of 3 years education gap is allowed between 10th standard and the start of graduation.
- No gaps are allowed during graduation; the degree must be completed within 3 years.
- Candidates must be Indian citizens or hold a PIO/OCI card.
- Bhutan and Nepal nationals must submit a valid citizenship certificate.
- Candidates must have completed a 3-month cool-off period from any previous Wipro selection process.
- Candidate must be 18 years or above at the time of registration.
Selection Process – Wipro Careers WILP 2025
Every eligible candidate must go through the following stages:
Round 1: Online Assessment (80 Minutes)
- Verbal Ability: 20 questions – 20 minutes
- Analytical Ability: 20 questions – 20 minutes
- Quantitative Ability: 20 questions – 20 minutes
- Written Communication Test: 20 minutes
Round 2: Business Discussion
Round 3: HR Discussion
Service Agreement
- Selected candidates must sign a 60-month service agreement.
- If a candidate leaves the organization before completion of this period, the joining bonus must be repaid on a pro-rata basis.
