About the Role

As part of IndiaMART’s national sales team, this role involves reconnecting with past customers who have paused or discontinued services. The focus will be on reviving client relationships and driving sales across various regions in India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Re-establish contact with inactive clients and revive accounts.
  • Maintain and grow a solid sales pipeline through daily lead follow-ups.
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of IndiaMART’s paid offerings in comparison to competitors.
  • Understand the customer’s business needs through effective communication and active listening.
  • Address objections and customer concerns with confidence and professionalism.
  • Showcase strong presentation skills in both phone and video interactions.
  • Achieve monthly sales goals through telephonic and virtual client engagement.

Who Can Apply?

  • Freshers from the 2024 batch, particularly those with a B.Tech, MBA, or PGDM degree, are encouraged to apply.
  • Graduates from any academic background are welcome.
  • Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Should be comfortable building trust and rapport through virtual conversations.

Essential Skills

  • Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Service
  • CRM Tool Proficiency, Client Relationship Management
  • Handling Objections, Communication Skills
  • Experience in BPO, voice-based roles, or telesales is an added benefit
  • Exposure to banking or agency relationship management is a plus
