Job Description

As a Tech Support Analyst, you’ll be a part of WBD’s global IT support team, providing remote assistance to employees across the world. Your mission is to resolve technical queries promptly and professionally while delivering a great user experience.

Primary Responsibilities

IT Support & Administration

  • Act as the first line of support via ServiceNow Live Chat and Phone – timely and accurate response is key.
  • Deliver troubleshooting support remotely using Zoom and other remote-access tools.
  • Resolve incidents and service requests submitted through ServiceNow.
  • Utilize internal IT platforms such as Okta Admin, Active Directory, Intune, Zoom, etc., to resolve technical issues at the first level.

Documentation & Communication

  • Properly log all incidents and support activities in the ServiceNow system.
  • Identify outdated support documents and escalate for updates.
  • Keep end-users regularly informed about the status and resolution of their support tickets.

Device & OS Support

  • Support across multiple platforms – Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
  • Assist with device setup and issue resolution for Apple, Dell, and Lenovo hardware.
  • Help configure and support printers and multi-function printers (MFPs) in WBD’s infrastructure.
  • Take on other tasks as assigned by your manager on an ad-hoc basis.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Educational background in Information Technology or Telecommunications is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Awareness of IT security issues, potential system outages, and common support challenges.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher).
  • Able to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing based on criticality.
  • Flexibility to work across time zones and adjust to varying shift patterns.
  • Must be available for 100% onsite work, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 0 to 1 year of experience in an IT support or technical helpdesk environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant stream (e.g., BCA, B.Sc IT, B.E, or B.Tech).
  • A customer-first approach with a commitment to delivering positive service experiences.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing team dynamics and workload demands.
