Position Summary
This is a fresher-level role at Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited. As an Analyst in the DevOps/Cloud team, you will assist in cloud operations, deployments, and basic configuration tasks under the guidance of senior engineers.
Job Responsibilities
As a fresher, you will support day-to-day cloud and DevOps activities, learn foundational skills, and gain hands-on exposure to enterprise cloud environments.
Your key responsibilities include:

Assist in routine setup, configuration, and monitoring of Azure/AWS cloud resources.

Help manage user access (creation, updates, deletion) in cloud platforms.

Shadow senior engineers and document troubleshooting steps for basic cloud issues (e.g., VM issues, quota errors).

Participate in deployment processes and team discussions to understand project workflows.

Maintain and update internal documentation such as runbooks, FAQs, and installation guides.

Perform routine system health checks using defined checklists and dashboards.

Learn DevOps fundamentals like CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automation basics.

Attend team training sessions to strengthen cloud and DevOps knowledge.

Report issues or irregularities to senior team members promptly.
