About the Role – CSG IT Enablers (Contact Support Group)
CSG is the first line of support in Capgemini’s Cloud & Infra Services (CIS) division. The team handles IT infrastructure incidents and service requests through various channels such as email, voice, chat, self-service portals, and BOTs.
Based on your profile and assessments, you may be selected as part of this team to ensure fast, effective incident resolution and enhance end-user experience. Candidates must be flexible to work in 24×7 rotational shifts across different time zones.
Job Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality customer service, technical troubleshooting, and issue resolution across voice and digital support channels.
Manage tickets: assign priority, classify issues, track progress, and keep users updated.
Use ticket analytics and tools to support business intelligence activities.
Maintain effective customer communications from greeting to call closure.
Utilize Capgemini’s AI BOT “CHIP” to address basic customer inquiries.
Handle service emails efficiently to reduce back-and-forth communication.
Manage knowledge base content to aid in faster issue resolution.
Support customers across Telecom, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Technology domains.
Troubleshoot issues related to internet connectivity, password resets, session resets, etc.
Aim for first-contact resolution wherever possible.
Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and strong listening skills during customer interactions.
Desired Skills
Excellent communication and English-speaking skills.
Strong interpersonal abilities and capability to work under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment, including night shifts.
Open to signing Service Level Agreements (SLA) and performance KPIs.
Flexibility to relocate to any company location.
Eligibility
