Job Responsibilities:-

• Must comprehend fundamental HR principles in HR Planning and OPs.
• Understand the intricacies of data preparation/modeling required for visualization purposes.
• Collect reporting needs from multiple stakeholders, design the solution/report. Understand/analyze the source data and produce timely reports.
• Strong experience designing intuitive and engaging reports and dashboards using Power BI for data-driven choices.
• Performance monitoring, fine-tuning, and dashboard optimization
• Knowledge of connecting to many data sources using Power BI is necessary.
• Experience posting and sharing dashboards, as well as scheduling data refreshes.
• Should have handled the complexities of visualization or data.
• Should have good SQL abilities, particularly in Azure SQL Database and Business Intelligence principles.
• Experience with any ETL tool, ideally in an Azure Synapse environment, is beneficial.

• Personal motivation and good work ethic to generate outcomes under tight deadlines and in tough conditions.
• Adaptability to a number of engagement kinds, working hours, work settings, and locales
• Excellent communication and bargaining abilities.
• Requirement gathering from multiple tools, recalculating product prices, and applying other custom adjustments.
• Setting up from scratch and generating preliminary and final versions of pricing sheets (excel sheets) using internal tools.
• Reviewing pricing proposals to ensure they are compliant and adhere to MS volume licensing policies, assuring that pricing proposals have ‘on custom adjustments’ done.
• Creating Deal Books (which provides Microsoft sales representatives with historical data and helps to plan for future orders).
