Responsibilities For Candidates:-
- Deliver technical support and conduct online demos and customer training
- Perform requirement gathering and analysis
- Respond to RFI requests and ensure timely follow-up with contacts
- Deliver accurate and timely solutions to customers and provide POC to leads
- Candidates should possess B.E/B.Tech/Any Degree from recognized university·
- Excellent in written and spoken English
- Proficient in offering phone-based support to US and UK customers
- Have an experience of 6 months or more in client-facing roles
- Need to be open to relocation and working night shifts
- Interested in learning new technologies
