Responsibilities For Candidates:-
- Monitor work queue daily and perform task according to SLA requirements
- Verify loan notes on the file and check loan status
- Review and analyze various Mtg documents
- Eye for details and work under tight timelines
- Basic quantitative decision making
- Understanding business rules or task requirements
- Handling task and completing within defined timeline
- Ensure 100% work adherence and schedule adherence
- Respond to customer queries via inbound/outbound calls and emails within defined SLA’s
- Record interaction using client system with proper classification
- Refer Knowledge base and perform task as per defined process
- Follow up and closure of interactions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Passionate about customer service
- Comfortable with Rotational shifts, extended working hours and weekly offs.
- Candidate should clear the V&A and online typing tests
