Responsibilities For Candidates:-
- Day-to-day support for MS Teams-related issues and other AV issues across the globe.
- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of conferencing and voice equipment, perform fault and problem management to ensure services are maintained.
- Hands-on experience in supporting, troubleshooting, and administering MS Teams, Cisco Call Manager, Unity Connections, CUPS platforms, and UCCE
- Good understanding of Signaling protocols like SIP, H.323, MGCP SCCP, and XMPP
- Good understanding of L2/L3/L4 networking protocols like (TCP/IP), TLS, RTP, SRTP, etc.
- Familiarity with Internet Telephony, T-1, E-1, SIP and POTS lines
- Automation skills like Robotic-Process-Automation (UIPath, etc.), Python coding, etc. will be a big plus
